Critically review patient and insurance aging reports to prioritize long-pending outstanding claims.

Review patient encounters, operative reports, superbills, and charge capture documents for billing eligibility.

Accurately post all insurance payments, patient payments, and electronic funds transfers (EFTs).

Experience navigating insurance payer portals and verification tools.

Strong working knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and medical necessity criteria.
Experience: 1 to 3 years in Prior Authorization.
Conduct scheduled and ad-hoc audits of processed RCM transactions against defined quality parameters.
Strong, comprehensive knowledge of the entire U.S. Healthcare Revenue Cycle from front-end to back-end.
Experience: 1 to 3 years as a QA or in a Senior/Lead RCM role.
Conduct in-depth market research to identify prospective clients who could benefit from Aura’s RCM services.
Understanding of the U.S. Healthcare industry, the RCM process, and the business drivers of medical practices.
Experience: 1 to 3 years in Business Development, Inside Sales, or Lead Generation.
